Be available and deliver your work when you say you will. If things change or are taking longer, simply communicate that ASAP.
Get approval if you need more time than estimated. If there isn’t an estimate, use your best judgment.
Meticulous attention to detail, check spelling, review after exporting, eliminating micro misalignments, etc. We will not double-check your work in detail before sending it to the client. You must take responsibility for representing the company’s commitment to excellence through your own review.
Provide feedback about how the company and each of us can improve.
Be kind, respectful and patient when working with or critiquing team members. We are human beings with feelings.
